The Midtown Business Associates security program is incredibly valuable to us as property owners.  It provides great comfort to our tenants to know that when they call for help, the response will be immediate.  And each time I call, I get a courteous, quick response, and often even a call-back to let me know that the problem has been resolved.  It’s surprisingly affordable, too, providing significant value for the money spent.  The patrol people are skilled and tactful, often turning potentially volatile situations into smooth resolutions.  I can’t imagine owning downtown property without this service.  I’m sure it has saved us thousands of dollars in potential damages.
